The Terrey Hills Swim School (THSS) would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our School Swim Program. The Swim School is privately owned and located in Terrey Hills near Mona Vale Road. THSS has successfully provided all levels of swim programs to schools for the past ten years. Our facility includes three indoor heated pools with changing facilities. At any one time and depending on the age of the swimmers, we are able to cater for up to 90 school pupils. The School Swim Program offers swimmers the opportunity to improve their swimming skills in a supportive environment with accredited swimming coaches. Our program caters for all levels of swimming ability from beginners to advanced swimmers.

The outcome of our School Swim Program include:

  • Acquiring basic water safety and survival swimming skills.
  • Acquiring knowledge of all strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
  • Improvement of individual swimming techniques.
  • Improvement of individual fitness.
