ADULT FITNESS
At our centre you will find a variety of group Adult Fitness activities that provide you with a motivated coach, a likeminded group of adults and a friendly atmosphere in which to remain fit and healthy. The activities we offer are Adult Swim Squads, Aqua Aerobics and Aqua Fit.
A common way of participating in our Adult Fitness activities is to book into a Course for a Session. If you book into a Term Adult Fitness Course you attend your sessions at the same time on the same day each week. There are 4 sessions/terms per year each 11 weeks in duration.
You can also attend most of our Adult Fitness activities on a casual basis by purchasing a Pass Plan. A Pass Plan allows you to pre purchase 1, 5 or 10 valid entries to any class of any Adult Fitness activity that has casual vacancy.
We do also allow adults to conduct their own swimming program, with no Coach being provided by the Centre. This is called our Lap Swimming Club.
